Cleaning Price List
Hourly Rate of £20.00 per hour weekly minimum 2 hours per visit!
Regular Cleaning:
- £60 – 1.5 hours, 2 cleaners-fortnightly
- £ 80– 2 hours, 2 cleaners
- £120 – 3 hours, 2 cleaners
- £200 – 5 hours, 2 cleaners
One off and 1st Time Deep Clean:
Hourly Rate of £25 per hour, per cleaner. (Hourly Rate x1.5 on weekends)
We charge extra to clean fridge/freezer, oven and wash up dishes, please ask about the service if needed
Once Per Month cleaning £25 per hour per cleaner!
Deep cleaning/spring-cleaning / move in/move out clean & End of tenancy Cleaning
Student let, Landlord, Estate Agent
Hourly Rate £ 25 per hour! (Hourly Rate x1.5 on weekends)
- £100 – 2 hours bedroom, 2 cleaners
- £150 – 3 hours bedroom, 2 cleaners
- £200 – 4 hours bedroom, 2 cleaners
- £300 – 6 hours bedroom, 2 cleaners
We also do a discounted Fixed Price, by quotation/consultation for end of tenancies where there is carpet and ovens to be cleaned. Alongside a full deep clean of the property, from top to bottom. This price can vary depending on the size and condition of the properties!
Oven Cleaning Prices:
- From £60 for a small single sized oven.
- From £70 for a medium sized double oven.
- From £80 for a large sized oven.
- From £90 for Range cooker oven.
Carpet Cleaning Prices:
- Single Bedroom/Rooms – From £50
- Double Bedroom/Rooms – From £60
- Large Bedroom/Rooms – From £70
Quotations can be given for a whole house (prices may vary depending on size and condition of the property).
